Privacy Policy — Table Ready
Effective: October 9, 2026
Overview
Table Ready is a trainer for six casino table games: blackjack, No-Limit Hold’em tournaments, craps, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, baccarat and Pai Gow Poker. It uses play money only. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no ads and no servers of our own. This policy explains what happens to the information the app keeps and the little it sends.
What Stays on Your Device
Your practice history for every game (hands, rolls and coups you played, drill answers, counting attempts, lesson scores, tournament results), your play-money chip count, a tournament you saved to finish later, and your settings are stored on your iPhone.
| Data | Where It Lives |
|---|---|
| Practice history, lesson scores, streaks | Your iPhone, and your iCloud account if iCloud is on |
| Play-money chip count | Your iPhone, and your iCloud account if iCloud is on |
| Saved tournament in progress | Your iPhone only |
| Settings (coach mode, table rules, theme) | Your iPhone only |
iCloud
If you are signed in to iCloud, Table Ready syncs your practice history and chip count to your other devices through your iCloud account’s private database. That data belongs to your iCloud account. We can’t see it, and we don’t have access to it. A saved tournament and your settings stay on the device.
You can turn iCloud off for Table Ready at any time in your iPhone’s iCloud settings, and delete its iCloud data from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
Apple Intelligence
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, the coach writes its explanations on your device using Apple’s on-device model. Your questions and the coach’s answers are not sent to us.
Crash Reports
The App Store and TestFlight versions of Table Ready use Firebase Crashlytics, a service from Google, to tell us when the app crashes. If it crashes, a crash report is sent to Google the next time you open the app.
A crash report contains technical diagnostics: where in the code the crash happened, the app and iOS versions, the device model, details such as free memory and disk space, and a random identifier for this installation of the app. It does not contain your name, your email, your Apple Account, your practice history, your chip count or anything you typed.
Crash reports are not linked to your identity, are used only to find and fix bugs, and are not used for advertising or tracking. Google processes them on our behalf; Google’s handling of this data is described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Crashlytics keeps crash reports and their identifiers for 90 days, then deletes them.
No Tracking
Table Ready does not track you, does not show ads, and does not collect analytics about how you use the app.
Sharing
Apart from crash reports processed by Google as described above, we don’t share or sell any information, and we don’t receive any other information from the app.
Children
Table Ready is not directed at children.
